ALL OF IT went to barely supporting myself, let alone my girlfriend

So they told me to charge it to a credit card and guaranteed my money back which I figured was a scam

of course.... lol

I looked more into it though & found how many others really had success.

So I went forward with

less than $1,000 in my bank

account and purchased an $8,000 course. I about had a heart attack I was so nervous.

That $8,000 opened up a world of opportunities for me & since then I’ve done over $25 million in real estate.

I MAXED out my credit cards and pulled together enough for the program.

Then I found my first property to flip in less than the 30 days AND an interested investor to fund the flip.

I found all the contractors & resources put the entire deal together with no help. Within 45 days of the course I made $24,000 profit in my bank account.

My entire life changed in just 45 days.

With a profit of $13,000 from that initial deal, I realized I could really do this at scale & full-time

I took everything I made & invested in a big real estate guru at the time, and I ended up closing 3 more deals in the second half of that year

The year after I flipped 17 properties

Then 33 the next year

Then the 3rd year 78
